Resilience and Wellbeing Training the Trainers Medical Profession (Certified Trainer).

This blended learning programme is designed with and for the medical profession. The programme aligns with the GMC General Medical Council’s Generic Professional Capabilities framework, and the Health and Safety Executive. With a minimum of 110 hours CPD gained through the programme, you will accumulate bespoke skills and knowledge that will develop you as a medical educator. The depth and rigour of the programme qualifies you as a certified trainer in resilience and wellbeing in the workplace. The Wales Deanery Resilience and Wellbeing Programme

This blended learning programme is designed with and for the medical profession. The programme aligns with the GMC General Medical Council’s Generic Professional Capabilities framework, and the Health and Safety Executive. With a minimum of 25 hours CPD gained through the programme, you will accumulate bespoke skills and knowledge that will develop your career as a medical educator. This programme is intended Doctors who have completed or are studying towards a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Education or an MSc in Medical Education are eligible to undertake the programme. Leadership Resilience and Wellbeing

This blended learning programme is designed with and for Leaders who occupy or are aspiring to senior positions in the workplace. Developed from empirical research, programme aligns with the Health and Safety Executive. With a minimum of 30 hours CPD gained through this programme, the emphasis is about developing your leadership competencies that incorporate a ‘health leader’ domain. Underpinned by science, the programme encompasses organisational development and learning intervention methods, and due to the highly practical format, focuses on application to the workplace. Young Carers in Education – First Level

This blended learning programme is designed with and for Young Carers in Education. The programme provides a minimum of 15 hours CPD. The programme brings together Young Carers as educators and helps to develop their skills and knowledge about resilience and wellbeing for themselves and their peers in school. Adult Carers in Employment – First Level and Certified Trainer

These blended learning programmes are designed with and for Adult Carers in Employment. The First level programme provides a minimum of 20 hours CPD, the Certified Trainers programme provides a minimum of 60 hours CPD, both align with the Health and Safety Executive and legislative requirements of wellbeing at work. Based on substantial research, the programmes are designed to facilitate individual and workplace practices that will improve resilience and wellbeing for Adult Carers in Employment. Adult Carers in the Community – First Level and Certified Trainers

These blended learning programmes are designed with and for Adult Carers in the Community. The programmes have been developed from substantial empirical research, and are proven to sustainably improve the mental wellbeing of participants in the long term. The First Level Programme provides a minimum of 32 hours CPD, and the Certified Trainers programme a minimum of 60 hours CPD; both align with legislative and policy requirements pertaining to wellbeing. Both programmes are highly practical and ensure that you achieve tangible, measurable outcomes that contribute to community resilience. Resilience and Wellbeing in the Chemical Industries – First Level and Certified Trainers

These blended learning programmes have been developed after extensive consultation with the Chemical Industry Association, the Health and Safety Executive, and HR/Occupational health staff employed within the industry. The First Level Programme provides a minimum of 16 hours CPD, and the Certified Trainers programme a minimum of 60 hours CPD; both align with legislative and policy requirements pertaining to wellbeing at work. The programmes are based on empirical research, and are highly practical with an emphasis on achieving workplace outcomes that align with and improve existing practices.
